Ingredients:
Fish – 1 kg, Karisal Village fish fry masala – 15 grams, Ginger garlic paste – 15 grams, Groundnut oil – 50 ml, Lemon juice (½ lemon)
Cooking Process:
Step 1:
Mix Karisal Village fish fry masala 15 grams, Ginger garlic paste 15 grams, Groundnut oil 50 ml, and Lemon juice (½ lemon) in a bowl and form a paste.
Step 2:
Apply the mixture paste on the fish and marinate it for 60 min
Step 3:
Now pan fry or oil fry them and serve hot.
* No need to add salt separately and don't add water.
