Ingredients:
Chicken/ Japanese Quill – 1 kg, Karisal Kabab masala – 70 grams, Ginger-garlic paste – 50 grams, Curd (thick form) – 60 ml
Cooking Process:
Step 1:
Mix Karisal Kabab masala 70 grams, Ginger-garlic paste 50 grams, Curd (thick form) – 60 ml in a bowl and form a paste.
Step 2:
Apply the mixture paste on Chicken / Japanese Quail and marinate it for 60 min
Step 3:
Now grill the kabab and serve hot with mint chutney.
* No need to add salt separately and don't add water.
