Our Karisal customer service team aims to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours.

  1. How long will Shipping take?

All Karisal orders are dispatched within 1-3 days from our warehouse after receiving the order. Shipping estimates are 2-4 days depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. Please note our fulfillment and shipping estimates depend on the customer's location. Shipping estimates might increase for your order during public holidays and busy periods.

  1. What if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product from Karisal, please mail karisalmasala@gmail.com with your order number, including a video and photos of the fault. Ensure the product photos/videos show that the product is unused and has all the tags intact.

  1. Will customs and taxes be included in the product price?

Extra charges like import tax, duties, and related customs fees, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. These costs are not covered in the payments you made to Karisal. For further details, please contact your local Customs office directly.

  1. Do you offer discounts and promotions?

Yes, Karisal offers discounts and promotions. Ensure you sign up for our email list at support@karisalmasala.com to receive news on special offers.

  1. Why hasn't my tracking status been updated?

Don't worry! Your tracking status for Karisal orders may take up to 24hrs to update from the pre-shipment status.

  1. Is it possible to change or cancel an order?

If you need to change or cancel your order with Karisal, please contact our team immediately at support@karisalmasala.com However, we regretfully cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has left our warehouse.

We have partnered up with MasterCard, Visa, Gpay, PayTm, PhonePe, etc.
