Ingredients:
Chicken/ Japanese Quill – 1 kg, Karisal Chilli Chicken Masala – 50 grams, Ginger-garlic paste – 80 grams, Green chillies paste – 40 grams, Soya sauce – 5 ml Egg (2 Nos)
Cooking Process:
Step 1:
Mix Karisal Chilli Chicken Masala 50 grams, Ginger-garlic paste 80 grams, green chilies paste 40 grams, Soya sauce 5ml, Egg (2 Nos) in a bowl and form a paste.
Step 2:
Apply the mixture paste on Chicken / Japanese Quail and marinate it for 60 min
Step 3:
Now fry them and serve hot
* No need to add salt separately and don't add water.
* For crisper you can add some corn powder before getting fried.
