Ingredients:
Chicken / Japanese Quail – 1 kg, Karisal Barbeque masala – 22 grams, Ginger-garlic paste – 25 grams, Green chillies paste – 4 grams, Soya sauce – 5 ml, Lemon juice (1 lemon)
Cooking Process:
Step 1:
Mix Karisal Barbeque masala 22 grams, Ginger-garlic paste 25 grams, green chilies paste 4 grams, Soya sauce 5ml, Lemon juice (1 lemon) in a bowl, and form a paste.
Step 2:
Apply the mixture paste on Chicken / Japanese Quail and marinate it for 60 min
Step 3:
Now grill them for 60min and enjoy the Grill with mint chutney.
* No need to add salt separately and don't add water.
