Ingredients:
Karisal Tomato Rasam powder – 15 grams, Groundnut Oil – 150ml, Asafoetida – 1 gram, Red Chilli – 2 grams, Curry leaves – As much as needed, Coriander leaves – As much as needed, Tomato – 300 grams, Garlic – 25 grams, Salt – As per taste, Water – As mentioned in the steps
Cooking Process:
Step 1:
Take Tomato (300 grams), Tomato Rasam powder (15 grams), curry leaves (2 grams), and garlic (20 grams); grind them together in a mixer
Step 2:
Put the mixture in a pan, add the quantity of salt (preferably 14 grams), and shallow-fry it for about 3 minutes.
Step 3:
Later, add 1.5 liters of water, and boil it; when foam emanates, sprinkle coriander leaves and then take the pan off the stove.
Step 4:
Take sesame, asafoetida, and red chili, temper them in 25ml groundnut oil, and add this mixture to the pan.
The delicious tomato rasam is now ready.
