Ingredients:
Mutton – 1kg, Mutton Fat – 200 grams, Seeraga Samba Rice – 1kg, Karisal Moghul Biryani Masala – 35 grams, Ghee – 50ml, Groundnut Oil – 100ml, Cinnamon – 1, Cloves – 4, Cardamom – 2, Biryani Leaves 2, Onion – 600 grams, Ginger-Garlic Paste – 200 grams, Tomato – 300 grams, Green Chili – 50 grams, Salt – 40 grams, Mint Leaves – 12 grams, Coriander Leaves – 12 grams, Curd – 300ml, Water – for 1 cup of rice, 1 ½ cup of water
Cooking Process:
Step 1:
In the cooking process, place 50 ml of ghee and 100 ml of groundnut oil in a vessel. Add 1 piece of cinnamon, 4 cloves, 2 cardamom pods, 2 biryani leaves, and 200 grams of mutton fat. Sauté the mixture smoothly.
Step 2:
Add 600 grams of onions and shallow-fry until the mixture achieves a golden tint. Add 200 grams of ginger-garlic paste and shallow-fry once again.
Step 3:
Now, add 300 grams of tomatoes, 50 grams of green chilies, and 40 grams of salt. Shallow-fry the mixture until the oil is separated.
Step 4:
Subsequently, add 12 grams of mint leaves, 12 grams of coriander leaves, 300 ml of curd, and mutton.
Step 5:
Wait until 75% of the mutton is cooked, then add 35 grams of Karisal Moghul Biryani Masala and shallow-fry the mixture for approximately five minutes.
Step 6:
Pour water, bring it to a boil, and then add 1 kg of rice. Boil until 75% of the rice is cooked, simmer on low flame for 20 minutes, and then remove the vessel from the stove. Serve hot.
Mohal Mutton Biryani Masala is ready to serve.
