Chettinadu Chicken Biryani

"Turn up the spice and let your taste buds dance with our Chettinadu Chicken Biryani Masala, where flavor meets fire!" 


Ingredients:

Country Chicken/Mutton – 1kg, Seeraga Samba Rice – 1kg, Karisal Chettinadu ,Chicken Biryani Masala – 35 grams, Ghee – 50ml, Groundnut Oil – 100ml, Cinnamon – , Cloves – 2, Cardamom – 2, Biryani Leaves 2, Onion – 250 grams, Ginger-Garlic Paste – 200 grams, Tomato – 100 grams, Green Chili – 50 grams, Salt – As per taste, Mint Leaves – 20 grams, Coriander Leaves – 15 grams, Curd – 100ml, Lemon Juice (1 Lemon), Water – for 1 cup of rice, 1 ½ cup of water


Cooking Process:

Step 1:

In a cooking vessel, combine 50 ml of ghee and 100 ml of groundnut oil. Add 1 piece of cinnamon, 2 cloves, 2 cardamom pods, and 2 biryani leaves. Sauté the mixture.

Step 2:

Add 250 grams of onions and shallow-fry until the mixture achieves a golden tint. Include 200 grams of ginger-garlic paste and shallow-fry once again.

Step 3:

Now, incorporate 100 grams of tomatoes, 50 grams of green chilies, and the necessary amount of salt. Shallow-fry the mixture until the oil separates.

Step 4:

Subsequently, add 20 grams of mint leaves, 15 grams of coriander leaves, 100 ml of curd, and 1 kg of Country Chicken.

Step 5:

Wait until the chicken is 75% cooked, then add 35 grams of Karisal Chettinadu Chicken Biryani Masala and shallow-fry the mixture for approximately five minutes.

Step 6:

Pour water and bring it to a boil. Add 1 kg of rice, boil until 75% of the rice is cooked, squeeze the juice from one lemon, simmer on low flame for 20 minutes, and then remove the vessel from the stove. Serve hot.


You now have the mouth-watering Chettinadu Chicken Biryani ready!
