Ingredients:
Country Chicken – 1kg, Karisal Grandma Chicken Gravy Masala – 220 grams, Groundnut Oil – 50ml, Cinnamon – 1 Cloves – 2, Curry leaves – As much as needed, Coconut – 450 grams, Onion – 210 grams, Ginger-Garlic Paste – 80 grams, Salt – As per taste, Water – As mentioned in the steps
Cooking Process:
Step 1:
In the first step, drizzle 50 ml of oil into the pan; incorporate 210 grams of onions and shallow-fry until it reaches a smoother consistency. Add 80 grams of ginger-garlic paste and continue to shallow-fry.
Step 2:
Proceed to the next step by combining 450 grams of grated coconut, 220 grams of grandma masala, and 600 ml of water. Grind the solution to perfection.
Step 3:
In a separate pan, pour some oil and add cinnamon sticks, 4 cloves, and a few curry leaves. Sauté the mixture, then introduce 1 kg of chicken meat and shallow-fry for five minutes.
Step 4:
Subsequently, add turmeric powder and 16 grams of red chili powder. Stir the mixture thoroughly, add a sufficient amount of salt, pour 3.4 liters of water, and allow the mixture to boil until it reaches the boiling point.
Step 5:
Conclude the process by adding the prepared wet masala solution and boiling the mixture on the stove for an additional 30 minutes.
