2) How long will it take for my Order to be dispatched?
All orders from Karisal are dispatched within 2-3 days from our warehouse upon order confirmation.
The estimated shipping duration is between 2-13 days, contingent on your location and the shipping option you select.
3) Are there any shipping delays during peak times?
Please be aware that shipping estimates might see an increase during Public Holidays and particularly busy periods. Additionally, customs and postal services might require extra time for processing and delivery during peak seasons or before significant festivals, such as Christmas.
4) What about unforeseen shipping issues?
Once a package has been dispatched from our warehouse, Karisal is not responsible for any delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, or any air and ground transportation strikes. Additionally, we are not accountable for any delays due to postal service interruptions.
