Given the nature of our products, Karisal primarily offers Product Exchanges and does not provide Returns and Refunds.

If you happen to receive a damaged or incorrect product, we urge you to capture videos and photos of the product and reach out to us at support@karisalmasala.com within 1 day of receiving the order.

The shared videos and photos should clearly depict that the product remains unopened with all its packaging intact.

We will only process exchanges once we've received and inspected the images and videos from the customer, ensuring they align with our eligibility criteria mentioned above.
